At Nari First - Jewel of South, all sales made through our website https://thejewelofsouth.in are final. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant/Contestant (hereinafter "Participant") and the Organizer (ABKT Ventures Private Limited). By registering, the Participant agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Women aged between 18 and 75 years who are Indian Citizens or OCI Card Holders and who either have their native place in, or currently reside in, any one of the South Indian states/UT which are: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Puducherry. Open to all eligible women regardless of profession, background, or culture No criminal record or history of any kind.
All applicants must complete and submit the official online entry form by the specified deadline. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected without refund of any amount paid. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification at any point in time, without refund of any amount paid.
Contestants are expected to conduct themselves with grace, respect, and professionalism at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow contestants, organizers, or staff will not be tolerated.
Contestants must maintain a positive and respectable image throughout the competition. Any scandalous or defamatory behavior may lead to immediate disqualification.
By participating, contestants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, image, photographs, and video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Contestants are responsible for their own wardrobe during the competition. Attire should be tasteful and in accordance with the pageant's guidelines. Excessive or revealing clothing may result in point deductions.
Contestants must perform talents that are suitable for a family-friendly audience. Personal introductions should align with positive values and contribute to the betterment of society. Real-life stories of resilience are welcome and encouraged.
Contestants are required to attend all scheduled rehearsals, events, and activities related to the pageant. Failure to fulfil commitments may result in point deductions or disqualification.
Disqualification for any reason does not entitle a refund of any fees or charges paid.
Judges decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Decision of judges and organisers will be binding and final on the contestants.
Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
No cash alternative or substitution will be provided. Winners may not request or exchange a cash equivalent for any prize, including trophies, gift boxes, or other non-cash awards.
Winners and participants may be required to fulfil certain reasonable obligations during their participation and reign, which include public appearances and activities, as reasonably requested by the organisers.
The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for violating these terms and conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate. Disqualification does not entitle a refund.
Due to the nature of our event registration and services, we maintain a strict no refund policy, which is clearly disclosed during registration. By completing a transaction, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
All fees (registration, participation, instalments, and related amounts) are strictly non refundable and non transferable. These fees compensate the Organizer for committing resources (venue, production, marketing, logistics) and reserving a participation slot immediately upon registration and payment of the participation fee either in full or in part. Accordingly, the Fees represent consideration for reserving a participation slot and for the allocation of resources and event related arrangements made in reliance on such registration and payments.
The non refundable nature of the Fees has been clearly disclosed and displayed at the time of completing the registration form. It forms an essential and material term of the contract between the Participant and the Organizer. By completing registration and making payment, the Participant expressly accepts and agrees to this non refund policy, which forms part of the Accepted Terms and Conditions.
Refunds are not permitted for any reason, including but not limited to personal or professional reasons, denial of leave, medical issues, travel disruptions, change of circumstances, change of mind, or any other reason that prevents attendance or participation.
In the unlikely event that the Organizer cancels the Final Event for reasons entirely within its control and not due to any external cause, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward a future event, after deducting all non recoverable costs already incurred. No refund shall be provided for any cancellation caused by force majeure, third party failures, or circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full, non-refundable registration fee as specified and displayed on the registration page.
The Organizers will contact selected participants, confirm their selection, and provide the final event participation fee amount in writing. The participant acknowledges that this fee is separate from the registration fee and is required to participate in the final event.
The participant must pay the full fee by the due date specified in that written communication.
No cash payments are accepted. All payments must be made to bank account(s) designated by the Organizer. Payment instructions for the final event will be provided upon selection. Payments made to any unauthorised person or account shall not be considered valid, and the Participant bears the sole risk of such transactions.
Failure to make any payment by its due date, after written notice from the Organizer, may result in forfeiture of any amounts already paid and disqualification from the Event.
Once a registration is submitted and payment is processed, the registration cannot be cancelled. The Participant acknowledges that no cancellation, withdrawal, or change of mind will entitle a refund of any fees paid, as set out in the No Refund Policy.

By completing registration and checking the acknowledgment box, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety
The organisers of reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions and any of the policies contained herein at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and shall be effective immediately. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms."
This amount is non-refundable once paid upon submission of the registration form. Mere submission of the form and payment of the Registration Fee does not guarantee selection or participation in the final event
Participants selected for the final event will be contacted by the Organisers regarding further participation formalities, including payment of a separate non-refundable Pageant Participation Fee, the details of which shall be communicated separately
