At Nari First - Jewel of India Season 3, all sales made through our website https://thejewelofindia.in are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any registrations or services purchased, except as required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of our event registration and services, we maintain a strict no refund policy. This policy is clearly stated during the registration process, and customers are required to acknowledge it before completing any transaction.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all registration fees, participation charges, deposits, instalments, and any related amounts paid in connection with the Event (“Fees”) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Participant further acknowledges that, due to the nature of the Event, substantial administrative, venue, production, marketing, and logistical commitments are undertaken by the Organizer immediately upon confirmation of registration. Accordingly, the Fees represent consideration for reserving a participation slot and for the allocation of resources and event-related arrangements made in reliance on such registration.
The non-refundable nature of the Fees has been clearly disclosed at the time of registration and forms an essential and material term of the contract between the Participant and the Organizer. By completing registration and making payment, the Participant expressly accepts and agrees to this non-refund policy.
Refunds shall not be permissible on grounds including, but not limited to, personal reasons, professional commitments, denial of leave, medical issues, travel disruptions, change in circumstances, or inability to attend, except where cancellation of the Event is solely attributable to the Organizer and not due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes and fees. We accept various payment methods, as listed on our website, and all transactions are securely processed.
Once a registration is made and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage participants to be certain of their decision to participate before registering.
